So you want to give your dog the best food possible…but you don’t want to do a raw diet and you want to stay with kibble. That’s totally fine! Just make sure you get the good stuff. Speaking of good stuff, we have a high-quality dry dog food to introduce to you today from Brothers Complete.

Brothers Complete has been around since 2006 and they are located in Florida, USA. I first learned about them when I was researching dog food back when Jada was a puppy and found out that they have some of the best kibble around. So what makes them so unique? Let’s take a look at their 4 dog food formulas…
Chicken Meal & Egg Formula
The first formula we have is their Chicken Meal and Egg. The ingredients are pretty good with over 90% animal protein, grain and potato free, and no artificial colors or flavors. What is interesting is that this food is so concentrated that you feed less kibble than you usually would with other brands. For example, Jada and Bailey on average get a cup a day on other dry food.
"Wow, that was amazing!" |
Venison Meal & Egg Formula
"Hey mama, venison is pretty tasty. Can I have some more?" |
Lamb Meal & Egg Formula
"Don't let my messed up haircut fool you, I want that food very badly" |
Dibble looked forward to trying out some GMO-free lamb meal and egg. So tasty!
Fueled up for adventure! |
Turkey Meal & Egg Formula
The last bag of dog food we have is the Turkey Meal and Egg formula. Did you know that this bag is different that the rest? This is the same type of 3 ply foil bag used for expensive coffee beans to keep out moisture, bugs, light, etc. This helps preserve the freshness of the small batches of dog food Brothers Complete make and keep in their air conditioned storage facility before it gets in your hands and eventually in your dog's belly.
"You gonna share that, Auntie Dot?" |
"Yum!" |
In a nutshell...
- Brother Complete has been around since 2006 in Florida
- There have 4 dog food formulas: Chicken, Venison, Lamb, and Turkey
- Human-grade proteins, no artificial ingredients or colors, made in the U.S.A., no GMOs, the list goes on and on!
- You can buy Brothers Complete on their website, Chewy.com, find a retailer, or find it in our Amazon store.
Brothers Complete makes a pretty good dry dog food. If you are looking to up the quality of your kibble I would definitely put these guys on your list!

ReplyDeleteMy Pooka is very picky. We'll know if he likes it if he simply eats it!
ReplyDeleteMy three aren't that picky, but I can tell by how fast they gobble it up if they like it!
ReplyDeleteNala is always excited for dinner and Cody who is the new addition finally knows the routine now paces and spins when he realizes it it dinner time!
ReplyDeleteMy oldest girl will seem more excited at meal time if she really loves something. My puppy just wants to eat what her sister is eating.

I am very picky about only feeding premium but brands, but my dog gets just as excited scoring a crumb off the floor as she does about her meals!
ReplyDeleteIF it's food my dog likes then he doesn't hesitate to eat it as soon as we give it to him, but you can tell if its something that he doesn't like because he will let it set all day.
ReplyDeleteSadie will eat right away if she's excited about her food especially if it's a new flavor!
ReplyDeleteyes, but all 3 gals are different. the oldest was picky eater when she was a baby, now she will eat most anything, although some treats like lamb's ears which she used to love wont eat now. the middle child will eat anything and everything. even if it is not a favorite thing, she will eat it. the baby, now 5, was a picky eater and still is. one day she will like her food and the next day she wont touch it. however, if i give it to her as a treat, she will eat it. but in her bowl, no! somedays i have to try several different foods for her to eat it or i will just give up and let her go hungry. if it is something like sardines she will eat it right away. however, if it is raw food, sometimes she will eat it or pick around it and not eat it. but if i give it to her as a treat, she will eat it. she is just very spoiled. she is a very slow eater anyway, she can be the first one to be feed and still eating when the other 2 gals have finished. also if something is going on outside and her sister is barking, she wont eat til i let her out of her crate to see what is going on.
ReplyDeleteMy dogs show that they really enjoyed their food by eating it all and looking for more when they are done. Lots of lip licking, tail wags after their meal too :)

My dog just likes all food! :)
ReplyDeleteAll 3 act differently when they enjoy their food. Our black Lab jumps up and down. Our Beagle wags his tail a mile a minute and our Pug looks at us then goes back to his dish and does this about 4 times to ask for more.
