Review: Full Moon Jerky Treats

If you frequent Walmart or Kroger, you might have seen that the dog treat shelves have been revamped with these new treats called "Full Moon."

They are a bit expensive compared to other treats with around a dollar an ounce, but what makes them different is the ingredients and quality! With 100%, human grade ingredients that are homegrown in the USA, no wonder these treats are becoming a big deal!

We won a giveaway over at the blog It's Chewy Time! for a bag of the Full Moon Chicken Jerky Hip + Joint Health. Jada was very eager to dig in!

Jada and I were especially excited to taste test these because these treats have limited ingredients: Chicken Breast, Dried Cane Molasses, Vinegar, Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Chondroitin Sulfate, and Turmeric. These last few ingredients are used to help with joint health.

The strips themselves are a good size for all sizes that can easily be snapped into smaller pieces for smaller pups or for use in training.

The treats smelled really good and have definitely become Jada's favorite!

Full Moon has other treats available besides the Jerky treats like this. They have Natural-Cut Jerky and Gourmet treats which include some interesting recipes like Chicken Meatballs and Freeze Dried Chicken.
